Adding YKPACE to your Career

The ‘ YKP Systems Academy for Competency Enhancement’ (YKPACE) offers technical training. The qualitative objective of YKPACE is to groom campus recruits in relevant technical streams. Skill sets of employees are continuously upgraded to enhance the competency levels of employees as per the job requirements.


Learning & Development

The Learning & Development (L& D) function imparts necessary ‘behavioral’ and ‘soft skill’ training to employees at YKP Systems. L&D focuses on offering YKP Systems employees learning solutions in the areas of:

Grooming Future Managers

The L&D function provides focused attention to the company’s growing need for managerial talent. Knowledge Management is another key initiative that enhances the domain knowledge of our employees. The Knowledge X’change site (KX) serves as a gateway for our global workforce to share knowledge.
